Return Policy

WTX Global Logistics accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for all shipments.

Residential pickup must be paid by credit card at the time of booking.

If shipper or consignee does not have credit with WTX Global Logistics, freight maybe be send FCCOP (Freight Collect, Cash on Pickup) or FCCOD (Freight Collect, Cash on Delivery).

WTX Global Logistics will not provide refunds after the ship date. If shipment is canceled before ship date, the customer will be refunded, minus any accrued charges and the processing fee 3% or $25 minimum. Whichever is grater, within 30 days.

Attempted pickup charges will not be refunded if shipment is canceled after pickup has been dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE: Insurance claims due to damage or loss are processed separately from freight charges.

*Rates are terminal to terminal, unless pickup or additional services selected. Rates are on basis of W/M - weight or measure. Maximum for any one Cubic Meter is 500 kilos. FINAL PRICE is subject to certified weight and dimensions.
Rates are in U.S. Dollars and TERMINAL to TERMINAL for properly boxed or crated cargo unless pickup, delivery or additional services elected.
Rates include currency adjustment, fuel and origin handling charges, but subject to all applicable destination charges.
RESIDENTIAL PICKUP is curbside-service. Driver will load freight from driveway, front porch, garage or acceptable loading area. NO inside service due to liability.
Hazardous, Perishable or Over-Length (longer than 365cm / 12ft) and other special or irregular cargo/goods are subject to surcharges and accepted after approval and rate confirmation only.
POSSIBLE DISCOUNTS: Shipments greater than 4 Cubic Meters / 140CFT. The discount will be considered and provided upon your quote/booking request online.
INSURANCE: $500 per shipping unit is included (skid, pallet, crate) with the maximum of $1450 per as long as your freight in Steam-Ship Line possession (aboard of vessel).
ADDITIONAL INSURANCE can be purchased $20.00 per $1000 / 2% of cargo value declared. We DO NOT provide insurance for shipments of loose boxes. To be qualified for BTX insurance freight must be skidded (palletized).
PACKAGING: proper cartons of strength minimum 150 lbs can be purchased from any local office supply or shipping retail center (Mailboxes etc, Parcel Plus), Sams Club, Costco or Office Supply store. For a large amount of boxes, packing tape and other shipping supplies we recommend the following e-tailers: www.uline.com, www.papermart.com, www.khlexpress.com
Notify by 12:00 pm for same day pickup and booking. Beyond areas require day prior notification.
Rates are subject to minor variance and should be confirmed when booking.
